Travel Pictures Circa '90s

I was flipping through some old pictures yesterday and saw some really old photographs taken by my parents. I guess the travel bug bit me at a very young age all thanks to my folks. They took me to the other half of the world (which included a 26 hours flight with an 8 hour waiting time at a Japanese airport) and I didn't knew that travelling is such a luxury until I moved into another school. It was kinda like a rude awakening.

Australia in'95.

USA, Mexico in '97.
I'll try to squeeze in a Vancouver shot if time allows.

China

Gee wheez, I've probably posted this a million times on my various defunct blogs. This is a very bad sign... Just take it as a chance of resurrection, maybe?

Nat Geo Does Fashion

Besides digging a good read from a magazine embedded with the iconic yellow frame on the cover, the shoes and clothes in the store actually caught my attention too.

The Day I Met Mick Jagger & The Beatles

This trip happened in '08 during the time when I lost interest in photography. The roll of film was developed recently after a long hiatus. Here you go: Hong Kong.

Divers On Board

I had a nasty flu which prevented me from diving. This is exactly one year since I went underwater... Time for a refresher course. Dang. Anyhow, I shove myself with the responsibility of documenting this trip. The water was choppy and visibility was low. There wasn't much except for the dolphins and I only spotted the dorsal fin. How nice was that. Bah. Everyone had high hopes of seeing a whale shark like last year but lady luck is not on our side for this one. The urchins looked yummy though.
Thank goodness the weather was lovely. Now there is another new batch of certified divers from the club. :) I hope my friend found his passport as well... LOL. He sure has a wonderful memory.
